We all use apps on a daily basis and when we find one we really like we want to share it with our friends and family.  This blog will be updated on a weekly basis with an app we think is either helpful, cool or just neat to use. Please check with your mobile service provider for any data usage and/or chargers that may occur when you download/install/use any app to your mobile device. Please review each system permissions before accepting and downloading any app.

Around Me figures out where you are and lists local stuff – restaurants, gas stations, hotels, pubs and er banks!  The app’s reliance on Google Maps info means there are gaps, but it’s nonetheless handy to have installed when in unfamiliar surroundings.  It’s free on iTunes and Android market.  Check it out!
