Texas Regional Bank (TRB) has expanded its financial services and launched a new mortgage division this month. The new department will operate as TRB Mortgage with offices out of Harlingen and McAllen. Rachelle Cisneros, VP of Mortgage Operations, will lead the division and Stephany Price will assist as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
“We are taking our relationship style of banking into mortgage,” said Paul Moxley, CEO of Texas Regional Bank. “This is something our customers have wanted since we opened our doors.  Having a local bank help people achieve the goal of home ownership is something our market needs.”
TRB Mortgage will offer conventional loans, Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loans, Veteran’s Affairs (VA) loans and rural development loans. “We built this department with our customers in mind and that’s to provide the best service and rates we can offer,” said Cisneros.
