Texas Regional Bank is proud to welcome Joel A Gonzalez to the Texas Regional Bank team.  Joel, a Pharr native, joins as a Senior Vice President/Loan Officer.  He will office out of the TRB banking center located at 1801 S. McColl in McAllen. Joel is a graduate of The University of Texas at Pan American and has 28 years of banking experience. He is involved in the community and currently serves as the President of the board of directors of the PSJA Education Foundation and Vice-president of the Board of Nuestra Clinica Del Valle.  Previously, he was the president of the Pharr Chamber of Commerce, the Pharr Boys and Girls Club and Kiwanis Club.
